Charge times are approximately 1 hour per 250Mah of your battery capacity - so a 1750 battery takes around 7 hours, a 2000 takes around 8 hours etc. Suits capacities under 2500mah.

Etronix 1000Mah 7.2v Charger (Fast / Cheap)
At 1000Mah output, allowing for around 10% inefficiency which is the norm for chargers, the following charge times should be expected: 1800-2000 Mah - 2 to 2 1/4 Hours, 2300 Mah - 2 1/2 Hours, 3000 Mah - 3 1/4 Hours. To calculate charge time, take your battery capacity and divide by 900 - e.g. 3600 divided by 900 = 4 hours.
Please note: This is NOT a peak charger - you must work out the charge time for your battery and switch off when it's had it's time to avoid overcharging.

DESKTOP PEAK DETECT FAST CHARGER
This ultra fast Charger is designed to fully control the charge state of the pack using Delta Peak detection to check when the pack has reached full capacity and automatically switches the fast charging current to a trickle to keep the battery pack full without overcharging it. A safety timer is also incorporated to switch the current to a trickle at a pre-determined period of time.
This charger has the advantage of always charging the pack to full capacity, irrespective of the state of charge of the pack. It will never overcharge a pack.
Chargers & Packs should be placed on a fire proof surface. The charging process should be carefully monitored by an adult.- never leave unattended.
The battery should be disconnected if it begins to feel hot.

The new Prolux Hyper Charger features the following excellent specification:

Ansmann 151100003 xBase 2.0 (12V/240V)
The xBase 2.0 has an AUTO feature that automatically controls the supply current when charging or discharging accumulators. This prevents overcharging, which can damage batteries. The integrated voltage regulator for lithium batteries controls the voltage for each individual cell in a battery pack. This makes having a separate charger for cell voltage control in lithium batteries (Li-Ion, LiPo and Li-Fe) unnecessary. xBase 2.0 can monitor and control the voltage of each of the individual lithium battery cells while discharging. As soon as the voltage in any of the cells exhibits unusual fluctuation the charging process is interrupted and an error message appears. You can charge lithium batteries for specific uses. FAST charging mode reduces charging time, STORAGE mode regulates the target voltage of the battery, enabling you to store the battery for longer periods. Automatic charge interruption works according to the delta peak voltage detection principle (NiCd and NiMH batteries). You can perform up to five charge/ discharge cycles or discharge/charge cycles to refresh and balance batteries.

Etronix ET0500 Battery Doctor - Li-Po/Li-Fe Battery Balancer / Discharger
The Etronix Battery Doctor Balance/Discharger is designed for Li-Poymer and Li-Fe batteries between 2 and 6 cells. It can measure battery voltage precisely, balance individual cells or discharge batteries in preparation for storage. The balance and discharge function matches the individual cell to within ± 0.01V.
The balance function can be executed before, during, or after the battery has been charged to ensure that your battery pack remains in optimum condition. The clear display continually updates with whole battery and individual cell voltage allowing you to monitor your pack for a faulty or poorly performing cell.
The discharge function can be used to safely discharge all cells in the pack to a safe storage voltage. To prevent over discharging the user can set the discharge cut off voltage.
