Just before you call! If you are asking about stock availability rest assured - it's not a daft question as we know that many of our competitors advertise stuff they haven't got, but if we show an item
with IN STOCK under the product title on the description page, we have it in stock.
Exceptions: Some Tamiya spares are lower demand or fast selling, so are
ordered in on demand - typically we have deliveries three times a week - if an
item isn't available we will always advise and offer the option of a refund or a
back order, and pre-orders - these are not available because pre-orders have yet to be released.
Otherwise, if you see it, we had it in stock when we last updated stock (this is done at least 4 times every single day).
Our stock system automatically shows items that are definitely in stock
immediately below the product's title - it will say IN STOCK or GOOD STOCK.
I ORDER BY TELEPHONE? No, sorry, we do not take telephone orders.
You can order online and choose the option "Telephone me for payment" if
you wish to pay over the phone.
I ORDER BY FAX? Yes, we have a special
order form you can print and fill in for faxed orders - just
to display it.
VISITING OUR SHOP: Our shop is located in Fenton Barns Retail Village near Drem, but several miles outside of North Berwick - despite our postal address. It is approx 15 miles east of Edinburgh. We are located at the top of the map, which is away from most of the antique stores and cafe. From the Edinburgh / A1 / Drem direction,
turn into Fenton Barns and follow the road as it swings to the left.
Carry on up the road, passing a small play area on your left and "The
Cashmere Barn" on your right. Follow the road for a further 50
yards and you will see a large wooden shed on your left - take the left
turning past this building and we are straight ahead of you in the middle of the long ex-WWII RAF building you will see.
Take a look at our map on the right before you leave home.... it's
easier than it sounds. Our shop is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Scottish and English Public Holidays. Many days we are open to 6pm but please ring first if planning to make a late visit.
eBay and Amazon: We offer many of our products on our eBay and
Amazon accounts. eBay and Amazon make eye-watering charges for the
convenience of their service and we split the difference with you, the
customer. In general, with few exceptions, you will find better
prices on our website than on either site - although we understand that
some prefer the supposed (although misplaced) idea of "safety" when
purchasing via those sites.

to all emails promptly but sometimes there might be a delay if we have to

you'll usually have a reply within one day at most.

enquiries? Please EMAIL, since telephone is not always manned by technical
staff and you will likely be asked to put your question in an email so
that a concise and correct answer can be given.
QUERYING YOUR ORDER: In the first instance, and
wherever possible, please simply reply to any email order confirmation you have received with any query.
We cannot chase orders where only a Paypal receipt number is given - we
need your order number or, lacking this, details of which items you
ordered and on what date.
By Royal Mail: You can write to us, but this is
