Before you contact us about Tamiya parts, read this:

We get a lot of emails asking if we have stock of particular parts which are listed on our spare parts web site.

If you are in a hurry for a part, don't ask - just order it.  This is far, far quicker as even if we find we don't actually have stock on the day of your order we will immediately add it to our next major spares delivery - these occur every Friday and Tuesday, for orders placed upto 10:30am the previous day.  Kimax / Gloabl Hobby / Duratrax / Colt etc parts are also ordered at least twice weekly too if not in stock.  We have many £1000's of Tamiya spares and loads of other bits and pieces too, but not everything is kept here 100% of the time, as demand can be lower on some items than others.  As many of our customers will happily confirm, we turn around many spares orders in full within hours of them placing them!

Example:  If you ask if we have something "unusual but listed" on Wednesday evening, we will reply on Thursday that we'd need to order it for you.  But by the time we reply and you get the reply (emails are currently taking up to 4 hours to be delivered by certain email services, if you receive them at all as we're finding a lot of addresses bounce back and people using Hotmail are forever complaining that they don't get replies, which is odd as we reply to EVERY email) it's probably too late to add it to Fridays delivery.
